Cabin trip packing list
A cabin trip goes wrong in small ways: no bed linen, no coffee, no matches. This list is sorted the way you load the car, with tips for winter and for trips with kids. Copy it into Kitfolio and the whole family ticks off the same list.

Tips and variations
Winter
Skis, poles and wax; a sledge; an ice scraper and snow shovel in the car. Check that the road is cleared and the water is not shut off. Wool next to the skin, not cotton.
With kids
A familiar cuddly toy and a night light make the first night easier. Bring rainwear and a spare change of clothes per child per day, plus something to play indoors on rainy days.
